My commenting strategy was featured by LinkedIn. In 2023, thousands of you saw results with it. In 2024, let's double down on those results! (you'll want to save this post for later) Before we dive deeper, remember: Posting on LinkedIn isn't enough. ↳ You have to comment too. ↳ It brings more followers. ↳ It brings opportunities. In no particular order, here are 17 things I do with my comments that got me 100-1k followers daily + fully booked last year. (On pace to do it this year too) 1. Never comment "Great post" → too generic 2. Always write a genuine & engaging comment 3. Never comment only for the author of the post 4. Always comment for everyone reading the post 5. Find 20-30 creators in the same niche → writing 6. Find 10 creators in an adjacent niche → branding 7. Try to comment early on their posts → not a must 8. Swipe through their comment sections every time 9. Find your ICPs (ideal customers) in the comments 10. Leave 3-4 extra "replies" to your ICPs' comments 11. On your own posts, stay there for 60-90 minutes 12. Make sure to bring a feeling of "real" community 13. Leave a few "pinned" comments with questions 14. Share "bonuses" in your pinned comments too 15. Use endearing names → friend, fam, bud, pal 16. Never write anything negative → ANYTHING 17. Let every comment reflect your brand / self Oh, and make sure to do this every single day. Pro tip: LinkedIn is cooler on the weekends! Repost this strategy ♻️ for your network! P.S. Which part is your favorite (1-17)?
If this doesn't break down a 'full-time job" for you, then I don't know what will. 😭
Number 4 is subtle but really effective, and helps you focus on leaving VALUABLE contributions
Been working on #9 and #10 organically following some major players in the space of leadership development and the conversations in the comments have been 🔥. It’s fun and lower pressure than main posts, it also grabs new views and potential community. Thanks for the connect! Awesome hearing your voice this weekend Jasmin Alić
I'll be saving this post for reference. Excited to implement these strategies and see the impact on my own LinkedIn presence. Thanks for sharing your points and looking forward to more tips from you
Interesting! Your post is always saved for later Jasmin Alić Number 17 is my fave ✨
I haven't seen anyone put this much efforts in their comment section... Like ever 👀🔥
Jasmin Alić I was always a huge fan of you bro but I was in dilemma of at what time I should post every day.

1yThank you as always! Being diligent and consistent in commenting daily is fantastic advice. You have to show up regularly to see growth. And your point about weekends is a great one too! Of your suggestions, I'd say finding adjacent niches to build connections in, and replying to commenters on your own posts stand out most. Expanding beyond just a single silo is brilliant for expanding reach. And facilitating discussions on your content is masterful engagement.
