I recommend this all the time to clients - yeah it's great that you've got a company page, but what people really want to hear about is what your team are getting up to day-to-day, from their own mouths. It's more natural, less salesy, and if your team are happy at work and can show this through their posts, it lets customers know that they're likely to receive amazing customer service (and attracts quality talent when you need to hire). Use LinkedIn as a company, but supplement it with 3 or 4 key team members posting from their own pages and you're onto a winner.
