I’m going to preface this review by stating that I appreciate the show and all that it brings to the blue side of politics. That being said, listening to the interview with Gavin Newsom reminded me of listening to the Biden administration talk about how great everything is while everyday people are struggling. Gavin Newsom is not a progressive leader. He does not address the things in the state that truly affect every day life (I.e., Utility Costs - PG&E, cost of healthcare, cost of housing, cost of daycare, etc.). All the points that he brings to Bear are indicative of industry in business success success, which is not a fare marker for good policy! The one thing I’ve always appreciated about Democrats versus Republicans is that we hold our leaders accountable, and if this show can’t do that, it’s no better than Fox News.

Great news and research. If only we all could unite and impeach the orange slug.
