The role

We are looking for an Automagician to help us automate internal and external businesses processes. This will start of as a short term Grant, but may evolve into a Part-Time Employment (PTE) position or perhaps even full-time employment.

For this role we are looking for an expert in no/low code software tools (e.g. Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Integromat, Discourse, Webflow) to help our contributorship reduce time spent on mundane and repetitive tasks or workflows. We are working with a software stack that has been developed iteratively and it would be tremendously beneficial for us to have someone work together with us take a step back and work with us to turn this into the most efficient, integrated, contributor-friendly system as possible.

The ideal candidate loves tinkering with all the various no/low code tools out there and has deep expertise in developing, maintaining and optimizing them into a robust, scalable system to empower the contributors in our DAO.

Responsibilities

• Take the mess that we have slowly created with the various software solutions we use to run our internal business processes (e.g. Notion, Discord, Webflow, Google Workspace, Github) and turn it into an integrated, robust and scalable system to improve employee productivity and wellbeing

Requirements

• We are looking for people with high agency

• A High EQ
• Have 2-3 years experience in no/low code, and ideally specifically in devising systems to automate business operations and processes
• You should understand tools like Zapier, Notion, Ghost, Integromat, Webflow, Typeform/Tally Forms, Google Workspaces (etc.) like the back of your hand
• You love mastering APIs and figuring out how to best integrate various tools with each other to automate processes as much as possible

Preferred qualifications

• Having interest in Web3 helps
• Experience working in small (5-10) creative teams
