After having all the ingredients for a coconut cake, my grocery store only had their store brand unsweetened in stock. I was SO happy to find Baker's sweetened on Amazon! I was a little freaked out to start with because one of the bags had a matt finish instead of the glossy bag I'm used to...the second bag was glossy like normal. At first I thought it was an old bag or something, but they have the exact same expiration date, which is a year from now (see photo). Anyway I opened the matt bag and it was perfectly fine so I'm happy!
