I used these bars to make a White Chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream for my daughter's 18th birthday. It was easy to break apart and melted beautifully. Just a type of fat, mixed with vanilla flavoring Just be aware that it is measured in milliliters. Each bar is about a half once shy of the standard 4oz baking chocolate bar.
